Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Introduce and articulate the value of Empower Home Comfort's services
Engage leads, identify their needs, and qualify prospects.
Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested and qualified decision-makers.
Maintain accurate records of calls and update client information in the CRM system.
Follow up on warm leads generated by marketing efforts.
Consistently meet or exceed appointment-setting targets.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales
Experienced with CRM tools.
Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.
Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Compensation:
$4.00 - $6.00 U.S. Dollars
